How to Practice

  1. Step away from your project entirely. Sit comfortably with an open, relaxed posture.
  2. Close your eyes and inhale slowly through your nose for 6 full seconds.
  3. Exhale sharply through your mouth in 2 seconds — a quick, complete release.
  4. Let your mind wander freely between cycles. Don't force ideas, just breathe.
  5. After 8–10 cycles, return to your work with fresh eyes — ideas often surface immediately.
