How to Practice

  1. Stop what you are doing. Close any extra browser tabs or apps before starting.
  2. Sit back from your screen and inhale through your nose for 4 counts.
  3. Hold your breath at the top for 4 counts — let your mind be blank during this pause.
  4. Exhale slowly through your mouth for 4 counts, releasing mental clutter with the breath.
  5. After 4–6 cycles, write down the single most important task before reopening anything.
