How to Practice

  1. Find 5 minutes alone before the ceremony — in a dressing room, quiet hallway, or garden.
  2. Sit or stand tall. Feel the ground beneath your feet.
  3. Inhale through your nose for 4 counts, filling your lungs completely.
  4. Hold for 4 counts, letting your shoulders soften.
  5. Exhale for 4 counts, hold empty for 4 counts. Repeat 4–6 times.
