How to Practice

  1. Sit in a comfortable upright position. Relax your shoulders and soften your jaw.
  2. Take a powerful inhale through the nose for 2 counts, expanding the chest fully.
  3. Immediately follow with a forceful exhale through the nose for 2 counts.
  4. Maintain a steady, rhythmic pace — about one breath cycle per 2–3 seconds.
  5. Complete 10 cycles, then rest with normal breathing. Repeat 2–3 rounds.
