How to Practice

  1. Sit tall with a straight spine. Place hands on knees with palms facing up.
  2. Take a gentle inhale through the nose, then begin rapid, forceful exhales through the nose.
  3. Each exhale should contract the lower abdomen sharply. The inhale is passive.
  4. Start with 30 pumps per round, then rest and breathe normally for 30 seconds.
  5. Repeat for 3 rounds, gradually increasing to 60–120 pumps as you build practice.

如何练习

  1. 挺直脊背坐好,双手放在膝盖上,手心朝上。
  2. 用鼻子轻柔吸气,然后开始通过鼻子快速有力地呼气。
  3. 每次呼气时用力收缩下腹部,吸气是被动的。
  4. 每轮从30次泵气开始,然后休息并正常呼吸30秒。
  5. 重复3轮,随着练习的深入逐渐增加到每轮60至120次。
